Health and Physical Education
Students are required to take the Health and PE course during their four years of high school. There are various different courses you may take, like team sports, recreation sports, healthy living, etc. In these courses a student will Learn health education as an integrated component of physical education and experience a wide variety of recreational and lifetime activities by learning skills, rules, and fitness benefits of individual games and sports.
